Terms & Conditions

From this point on you are classed as the client. These terms and conditions are subject to change and will be updated here.

  1. The window tag GENERATOR remains the intellectual property of Eighth Avenue Marketing Pty Ltd
  2. The client agrees that the window tag GENERATOR will only be used for the nominated stores which have been stipulated during the online application process.
  3. The window tag GENERATOR standard corporate licence fee is $479 inclusive of GST and is valid for one year then you remain a client of the window tag GENERATOR once you pay your yearly subscription fee of $195.
  4. On the 12-month anniversary of the purchase of the window tag GENERATOR the client will be charged a yearly subscription fee of $195 per store. This amount will be placed on your buying group account or in the case of PayPal clients, this amount will be deducted from your registered credit card via PayPal. Each client will receive the entire package that they were currently using at the time of the anniversary date.
  5. Each additional store that the client wishes to use the window tag GENERATOR for attracts an additional fee called an 'additional store licence fee'. This additional store licence fee is $195 and is additional to the minimum sign on fee of $479. Once payment is confirmed for the additional store licence fee that will afford that store the same program as originally ordered in the online application process. For example if you have 2 stores, you pay for one additional store licence fee following the initial application; this is clearly highlighted in the online application.
  6. In the case of multiple stores individual passwords and usernames will be issued to those individual stores.
  7. The client agrees not to allow any other store access or use of the window tag GENERATOR unless that store has been approved at the initial online purchasing process. Failure to adhere this is a clear breach of our terms and conditions and is a clear breach of our copyright and intellectual property.
  8. Each additional currently advertised creative attracts an individual fee of $149 inclusive of GST and is detailed on our website www.eighthavenuemarketing.com.au/windowtags unless you purchase all creative for our special advertised price.
  9. All future additional products that we offer our clients may attract an additional fee. If no fee is applied to a future product this will be highlighted on the website www.eighthavenuemarketing.com.au/windowtags there is no requirement for a client to purchase any additional future products.
  10. If the client chooses a buying group account, the client will agree to have the end cost as stipulated in the online application process placed on their buying group account.
  11. If a client has no association with any buying group or they choose not to have their end amount invoiced on that buying group account, full payment must be settled at the time of registration using your credit card via PayPal.
  12. The window tag GENERATOR will not be made active until Eighth Avenue Marketing Pty Ltd has received payment confirmation from PayPal. In the case of buying group accounts, the window tag GENERATOR will be made active within 5 business days regardless whether or not Eighth Avenue Marketing Pty Ltd has been paid by your buying group.
  13. If at any time the client wishes to add any store/s that are owned and operated by that particular business and that store or stores were not included in the initial online application process, they can do so by writing to graham@eighthavenuemarketing.com.au and requesting approval. If approved an additional store licence fee of $195 will then be applied to either your buying group account or to the business directly for the individual store or stores requested.
  14. The client agrees to allow Eighth Avenue Marketing to use the client's supplied logo on any promotional material where templates from the window tag GENERATOR are shown.
  15. The license fee of $479 and charges for additional creative are non-refundable once payment has been made and agreed to.
  16. If a client wishes to cancel their subscription to the window tag GENERATOR, they must do so before the 12 month anniversary date otherwise the subscription fee applies.
  17. The subscription fee is non-refundable.
  18. If in the case that a PAYPAL client payment is not made by the anniversary date due to your credit card being inactive all reasonable effort will be made to contact that client, if no contact is made your service will be terminated until such time that your account has been settled.

Eighth Avenue Marketing supports our clients:

  1. Eighth Avenue Marketing operates a support line. The support line operates between 6am and midnight Australian Eastern Standard Time. We do not operate on weekends or public holidays. If you contact our support line during periods we are not open please leave a message and if available a representative will return your call. Our support number is contained both online www.eighthavenuemarketing.com.au and in the information pack that is despatched to all new clients.
  2. From time to time the Eighth Avenue marketing team will make available for clients the opportunity to purchase new product via our window tag GENERATOR page, some new products will attract additional fees and these fees will be clearly identified.
  3. Eighth Avenue Marketing has made available for our customers the purchase of additional photographic high quality paper, this is available at a retail level for a similar price and Eighth Avenue Marketing offers this as a service to our customers. All paper orders will be dispatched via Australia Post Express Post. In the case of international clients please allow 5-7 days for your order to arrive.
